While the model S is not the first product by Tesla, it is inarguably the most powerful and famous. It was the first fully -electric sedan to land in the market in significant numbers, independently giving rise to the electric car market. Tesla Model S was born in 2012 and has already exceeded 2000 000 examples mark, making it the most successful global electric vehicle.

One of the unique features that sets Model S aside is the AWD system, which has four electric motors that sufficiently power each wheel. The engines are controlled by an innovative system for sufficient traction and road holding.
